Description:

I love ATCs, and I would love to have 1 from each State. For this swap you will have 2 partners, you will make 1 ATC for each of them based on your state. The name of the State has to be somewhere on the card- and beyond that it is up to you. What makes your state special?

Rules:

  1. Only 1 person per state may sign up,
  2. You must currently live in the state you sign up for.
  3. Minimum rating 4.925 with no unexplained 3s or 1s in the last six months.
  4. If you receive an ATC with your partner's state on it- you must rate a 5, even if its not your style, this is a sender's choice- if you don't like it- send it on later.
  5. Do the kind of work you would like to receive.

It's ok @Nightenbelle People just need to make sure and post what state they are representing when signing up for swaps like this so other people don't get excited and think they can do it. Hopefully if you host this again I can get in on it. :)
